1.
All bookings commence at 4.00pm on your day of arrival
and finish at 10.00am on your day of departure.
2.
Our terms are 25% deposit per week on booking, the balance
to be paid six weeks before commencement of holiday.
3.
If required a cot and/or high chair can be made available
at £12.00 per week each. In the interest of hygiene
and contentment please bring your own cot linen.
4.
The hirer shall be responsible for any damage or breakages
to be paid before departure.
5.
It is an express condition of this booking that the management
is relieved of liability for any accidents or loss or damage,
which may be sustained, by the hirer or their property.
CANCELLATION:
We
operate a compulsory Sickness Cancellation Guarantee scheme
that ensures if you are forced to cancel your holiday for
the following reasons, all monies will be returned.
1.
Any of your party being called for Jury Service or as a
witness during the defined holiday period.
2. Accidental injury, illness, quarantine or death of any
of your party before the start of your holiday.
Any
claims under this scheme must be accompanied by written
evidence.
In
the event of the booking being cancelled, other than circumstances
provided for in the Sickness Cancellation Guarantee scheme,
the company will endeavour to re-let for the period concerned.
If the reservation is re-let the deposit and any balance
of monies paid will be refunded less £45.00 office
expenses. If due to the lateness of the cancellation, or
for any other reason beyond the control of the company the
reservation is not re-let, the company shall retain the
deposit an the client shall pay the balance of the rental
charge due in respect of the reservation.
